Get recruitment leads in Canada
Hiring requests are specific in the way a recruiter needs them to be. The employer says whether the roles are permanent, temporary or contract, executive or senior leadership, or a volume of hires at once — and how many people that means, from a single role to more than twenty.

What a recruitment lead shows you
Every recruitment request answers these questions before it reaches you. Follow-up questions appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.
Level is asked separately: entry, experienced, manager or executive. A single executive search and twenty entry-level hires are different businesses with different fee structures, and the preview tells them apart before you spend anything. Company headcount comes with it, so you can see who you would be working for.

Recruiter licensing in Ontario and how to check a licence
From our guide for this trade, with the official sources it was checked against.
Ontario's licensing scheme sits inside employment standards law rather than in a professional college. The Ministry of Labour describes a recruiter broadly: a person who, for a fee, finds or attempts to find employment for an individual, or finds or attempts to find an individual for an employer, assists someone else in doing either, or refers an individual to another person who does. The definition deliberately catches intermediaries, not just the firm that signs the placement invoice.
The definition excludes several groups, including employees who recruit as part of their job duties for their own employer, employers hiring their own staff, educational institutions, trade unions and registered charities. So an in-house talent acquisition team does not need a licence to hire for its own company, while an external firm charging a fee generally does.
Checking takes a minute. Ontario publishes a public status page listing applicants and licensed temporary help agencies and recruiters, together with the status of the licence and any terms and conditions attached to it. Because an employer that knowingly engages an unlicensed recruiter is itself in breach, this check protects you rather than the recruiter. Outside Ontario, licensing differs by province, so confirm the position where the work is being done instead of assuming Ontario's rule applies.

How matching works
Requests are matched by published rules that are the same for every pro.
How we rank and match pros- You receive a request only for services you offer and haven’t excluded, in the areas you serve.
- Your account must be active, with your email address and phone number verified, and you must be accepting new requests within the daily or weekly limits you set.
- Requests reach you only with timings you accept, such as emergencies, and budgets that aren’t clearly outside the range you work in.
- When more pros fit than a lead allows, we give more weight to an exact service match, how directly you cover the area, verification, how quickly you reply and, once you have at least three published reviews, your rating. Never to who pays more.
- Each lead goes to a limited number of pros, and you see that number before you decide.
Invalid leads and refunds
If a lead turns out to be invalid, you can ask for a refund review from your dashboard. We look at each request and let you know the outcome. A lead may qualify when:
- The contact details are wrong or don't work.
- It duplicates a lead you already received.
- It isn't a real request for work.
- It's outside the services or areas you listed.
Verification you’ll need
Before you receive leads, you confirm your business email and phone number with one-time codes. Business registration, licence and insurance details are optional during sign-up; once our team checks them, your profile shows what was verified and when.
Contact details verified
You confirm your business email and phone number with one-time codes. This is required before you receive leads.
Business registration checked
Our team reviews the registration details you provide.
Licence and insurance checked
Where your trade calls for a licence or insurance, we review what you provide.
Verification shows which details were checked and when. It isn’t a guarantee of workmanship, and it can’t be bought.

- Set the hiring types you take. Contingency permanent placement, temporary staffing and retained executive search are rarely the same desk.
- Say which sectors and functions you recruit in. Employers judge a recruiter on whether they know the roles before anything else.
- Licensing applies to recruiters and temporary help agencies in some places. Add your licence details during sign-up so our team can check them.
