How leads work
You pay for introductions to homeowners whose requests match your services and areas. There's no subscription required, and you see the details before you spend anything.

Pay per lead, no subscription
Creating a basic profile is free. You pay only when you choose to connect with a request, with no monthly fee and no contract to sign.
We may offer optional subscriptions in the future, with things like discounts or extra tools. They will never be required to receive leads.
What you see before you decide

- The general location, never the exact address
- When the homeowner needs the work done
- A short summary of the project
- The homeowner's answers to the key job questions
- The price of the lead
- How many pros may receive it
After you connect
Once you accept a lead, you get the homeowner's contact details, the full request and messaging on LokalMatch. From there, it's up to you to follow up, quote and win the job.
How prices are set
Lead prices are set per service, location and project type. Larger projects and urgent jobs generally cost more than small or flexible ones.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before you accept, so there are no surprises. Your lead purchases, credits and invoices are all in your dashboard.
A limited number of pros per lead
We cap how many pros can receive each lead, and you see that number before you decide. Homeowners are usually introduced to no more than three pros.
Invalid leads and refunds
If a lead turns out to be invalid, you can ask for a refund review from your dashboard. We look at each request and let you know the outcome. A lead may qualify when:
- The contact details are wrong or don't work.
- It duplicates a lead you already received.
- It isn't a real request for work.
- It's outside the services or areas you listed.
What we don't promise
We don't promise a set number of leads, and we can't guarantee that a lead turns into a job. What we can do is send you requests that match the work you want, in the areas you serve, with the details you need to decide.
