Bathroom renovation leads in Canada

Bathroom requests start with the scope: a full renovation, a tub or shower only, a refresh of the vanity, fixtures and tile, accessibility changes, or a new bathroom where there isn’t one. Homeowners also say which room (main bathroom, ensuite, powder room or basement bathroom) and the type of property.

What a bathroom renovation lead shows you

Every {lower} request answers these questions before it reaches you. Follow-up questions appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.

A new basement bathroom means new drains and venting, while a vanity refresh may not touch the plumbing at all, and the preview shows which one you’re looking at. Accessibility requests are their own choice, so if you install grab bars, curbless showers or tub conversions, you can say yes to exactly that work.

How matching works

Requests are matched by published rules that are the same for every pro.

How we rank and match pros
  • You receive a request only for services you offer and haven’t excluded, in the areas you serve.
  • Your account must be active, with your email address and phone number verified, and you must be accepting new requests within the daily or weekly limits you set.
  • Requests reach you only with timings you accept, such as emergencies, and budgets that aren’t clearly outside the range you work in.
  • When more pros fit than a lead allows, we give more weight to an exact service match, how directly you cover the area, verification, how quickly you reply and, once you have at least three published reviews, your rating. Never to who pays more.
  • Each lead goes to a limited number of pros, and you see that number before you decide.

Invalid leads and refunds

If a lead turns out to be invalid, you can ask for a refund review from your dashboard. We look at each request and let you know the outcome. A lead may qualify when:

  • The contact details are wrong or don't work.
  • It duplicates a lead you already received.
  • It isn't a real request for work.
  • It's outside the services or areas you listed.

Verification you’ll need

Before you receive leads, you confirm your business email and phone number with one-time codes. Business registration, licence and insurance details are optional during sign-up; once our team checks them, your profile shows what was verified and when.

  • Contact details verified

You confirm your business email and phone number with one-time codes. This is required before you receive leads.

  • Business registration checked

Our team reviews the registration details you provide.

  • Licence and insurance checked

Where your trade calls for a licence or insurance, we review what you provide.

Verification shows which details were checked and when. It isn’t a guarantee of workmanship, and it can’t be bought.

Getting set up for bathroom work

  • Plumbing in a bathroom renovation falls under provincial plumbing rules; the notes below show what our permit guides say.
  • If you don’t do accessibility work, leave that service off.
  • Photos of your tile work and waterproofing details say more than a list of services.
