Who can see your project photos
Photos you add to a request are private. Only you, the pros who connect with your request and our team can see them.
Adding photos
Photos are optional. You can add up to 6 on the details step of a request to help pros understand the job. They're resized in your browser before they're uploaded, and you don't need an account to add them.
Who can see them
- You, on the request in your account.
- Pros who connect with your request.
- Pros who are offered your request but haven't connected see only how many photos there are.
- A small number of LokalMatch staff, when needed to check a request or look into a report.
- Photos on requests are never shown on public pages.
Hidden details in photos
Phone photos can carry hidden details, such as where and when they were taken. We remove this information when a photo is uploaded. Before you add a photo, check that it doesn't show things you'd rather keep private, like documents or people.
When photos are deleted
Photos that are uploaded but never attached to a sent request are deleted automatically within a day. When you delete your account, the photos from your requests are deleted too.
