Privacy & data in your account lists each consent you gave and when, including the consent to share each request with matched pros, and the version of the wording that applied at the time.
Stop marketing messages
Marketing emails and text messages are optional. You can stop them from Privacy & data at any time. Messages about your requests, such as a pro connecting, aren't marketing and still reach you.
If you joined the app waitlist, every message about it includes an unsubscribe link.
Access, correct or delete your information
- Download a copy of your data from Privacy & data.
- Update your name, phone number, language and notification settings in Profile & settings. To change your email address, contact us.
- Delete your account from Privacy & data.
- For anything else, including provider accounts, write to privacy@lokalmatch.com from the email address linked to your account.
Our privacy policy
