Homeowners can download their LokalMatch data as a JSON file from Privacy & data, at any time.

How to download your data
- Sign in and open Privacy & data in your account.
- Under “Download your data”, choose “Download my data”.
- Your browser saves a JSON file. It's plain text that you can open in a text editor or import into other tools.
What's in the file
- Your profile details and settings.
- Your requests and your answers to the job questions.
- Your consent records.
- Your messages with pros.
- Your reviews.
- The pros you saved.
- The devices where you're signed in.
What isn't in it
The file includes only your own information and the public names of the pros you dealt with. It doesn't include pros' private details or other people's information.
Limits
If you download your data several times within an hour, we'll ask you to try again later.
For a copy of a provider account's data, write to privacy@lokalmatch.com from your login email.
Keeping the file safe
The file contains your contact details, your messages and your request history. Store it somewhere private, and only share it with people and services you trust.
