How lead credits work
Pros pay for leads with prepaid credit. You see each lead's price before you connect, and it's deducted from your credit only when you do.
Buying credit
Buy credit in packs from Billing in your dashboard. Payment is made on Stripe's secure checkout page, and LokalMatch never sees your card number. The credit added to your balance equals the pack amount.
Credit appears once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If you cancel at checkout, you aren't charged.
If Billing says online payments aren't enabled yet, write to pros@lokalmatch.com to add credit.
Using credit
- Each lead shows its price before you decide. Prices are set by service and location, and a request marked as an emergency can cost more.
- When you connect, the price is deducted from your balance and you get the homeowner's contact details right away.
- If your balance doesn't cover the price, you can't connect until you add credit.
- Passing on a lead costs nothing.
- Credit can only pay for leads priced in the same currency as your balance.
Keeping track
Billing shows your balance and every change to it: credit purchases, lead connections, refunds and any adjustments by our team. There's no subscription and no monthly fee.
