How much does it cost to join?
Creating your profile is free. You buy prepaid credits and use them only when you choose to connect with a lead. There's no subscription and no contract.
How many leads will I get?
It depends on the services you offer, the areas you cover and how many homeowners are asking for that work. We don't promise a set number of leads — we send you the requests that match your settings.
Are leads shared with other pros?
Each lead can be purchased by a limited number of pros, usually no more than three. You see that number before you decide.
What do I need to get verified?
A business email and phone number you can confirm with a code. Depending on your trade, we also ask for your business registration, licence or insurance details, which our team reviews.
What if a lead is wrong?
If the contact details don't work, it's a duplicate, it isn't a real request or it's outside your services or areas, you can ask for a refund review from your dashboard.
Can I pause leads?
Yes. Pause new leads from your dashboard whenever you like, and resume when you have room for more work.
Are the requests real people?
A request isn't sent to any pro until the homeowner confirms their email with a code. Requests that trip our fraud or quality checks are held for a person to review before anyone sees them. On every lead you also see what was confirmed — email, phone, photos, address — before you decide.
Can I pay to rank higher or see leads first?
No. What a pro spends here never affects the order they're listed in or who gets a request. If we ever offer paid placement, it will be labelled sponsored and kept separate from these results.
