Get pool leads in Australia

Pool requests say what’s in the backyard (an in-ground pool, an above-ground pool, a hot tub or a sauna) and what the homeowner needs: a new installation, a renovation, a repair, a seasonal opening or closing, or cleaning and maintenance.

What a pool lead shows you

Every {lower} request answers these questions before it reaches you. Follow-up questions appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.

Openings and closings bunch up at the start and end of the season, while installs and renovations are planned well ahead. The preview shows which kind each request is and how soon the homeowner needs it, so you can fill the calendar you want rather than whatever arrives.

The guide homeowners get on this site

We publish a pool guide for homeowners. It is written for them, not for us, and its headings are a fair list of what someone who has read it will ask you about.

Read the pool guide

What the guide covers

  • The separate trades hiding inside one pool quote
  • Who checks the pool, and at what point
  • What you should be handed at the end of the job
  • Where pool projects go wrong between trades
  • Design decisions the barrier rules make for you
  • The standards a pool contractor is actually building to

Questions it answers

  • Does my pool builder certify that the fence is compliant?
  • What water depth makes something legally a swimming pool?
  • Why does the same pool need different paperwork in different states?
  • How do I compare two pool quotes that look the same?
  • Can I use the wall of an above-ground pool as part of the fence?

What pool leads cost

LokalMatch sets lead prices by service and location. You see the price of each lead before you decide, and you pay only when you choose to connect.

Licensing notes by province

Our provincial permit guides don’t list a licence specific to this trade. That isn’t legal advice: check with your province or territory and your municipality before you take on work.

How matching works

Requests are matched by published rules that are the same for every pro.

How we rank and match pros
  • You receive a request only for services you offer and haven’t excluded, in the areas you serve.
  • Your account must be active, with your email address and phone number verified, and you must be accepting new requests within the daily or weekly limits you set.
  • Requests reach you only with timings you accept, such as emergencies, and budgets that aren’t clearly outside the range you work in.
  • When more pros fit than a lead allows, we give more weight to an exact service match, how directly you cover the area, verification, how quickly you reply and, once you have at least three published reviews, your rating. Never to who pays more.
  • Each lead goes to a limited number of pros, and you see that number before you decide.

Invalid leads and refunds

If a lead turns out to be invalid, you can ask for a refund review from your dashboard. We look at each request and let you know the outcome. A lead may qualify when:

  • The contact details are wrong or don't work.
  • It duplicates a lead you already received.
  • It isn't a real request for work.
  • It's outside the services or areas you listed.

Verification you’ll need

Before you receive leads, you confirm your business email and phone number with one-time codes. Business registration, licence and insurance details are optional during sign-up; once our team checks them, your profile shows what was verified and when.

  • Contact details verified

You confirm your business email and phone number with one-time codes. This is required before you receive leads.

  • Business registration checked

Our team reviews the registration details you provide.

  • Licence and insurance checked

Where your trade calls for a licence or insurance, we review what you provide.

Verification shows which details were checked and when. It isn’t a guarantee of workmanship, and it can’t be bought.

Getting set up for pool work

  • If you only service pools and don’t build them, leave installation services off.
  • Set daily or weekly limits before opening season so requests don’t outrun your crews.
  • Hot tub and sauna work are separate services. Choose them only if you take them on.
