Choosing your services and service areas
You only receive leads that match the services you offer and the areas you serve. You can change both at any time from your dashboard.
Your services
Under Services in your dashboard, choose the services you offer. Leads for other services aren't sent to you. Services that often require a licence are marked in the list, and we'll ask you to add your licence details.
Your service areas
Under Service areas, add the places you cover. You can combine:
- Cities.
- Whole provinces or regions.
- A distance around your base, in kilometres.
- Postal code areas, by the first characters of the postal code.
How matching uses them
A lead is offered to you only if the job is for a service you offer and its location falls inside one of your areas, and only while you're accepting new leads. Lead preferences let you set the job timing you accept.
Keeping them current
Accurate services and areas help homeowners and keep you from paying for jobs you can't take. If you're sent a lead outside the services or areas you listed, you can ask for a refund review.
