Where things stand
Lokal Rewards isn't available yet. Nobody can earn, see or use rewards today, and we haven't set a launch date.
What we're planning
We plan to link Lokal Rewards to jobs that homeowners pay for through LokalMatch, which isn't possible yet either. Our current plans are:
- Rewards would be earned on qualifying jobs paid through LokalMatch, not for sending requests.
- They would stay pending until the job is paid and a waiting period has passed without a refund.
- They would never be given for leaving a review, so reviews stay honest.
- They couldn't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Any expiry rules would be shown clearly before you earn anything.
Before it launches
We'll publish the full rules, including what you can earn, who is eligible and where the program is available, before it starts. Plans can change, and nothing on this page is an offer.
