Help us help you
- Write from the email address linked to your account.
- Mention the request or profile you're writing about. Request references start with LM-.
- For a billing question, include the date and amount of the transaction you're asking about.
- Never send passwords or payment card numbers by email.
Reporting a problem on the site
To report a pro, a review, a question or an answer, use the Report link on it. That tells us exactly what you mean and sends it straight to our trust and safety team.

Pros can also open the help centre from the menu in their dashboard, and homeowners from the More menu in their account.
