Report a review or a pro
If a review looks fake or a pro profile seems wrong, use the Report link on it. Our trust and safety team reviews every report.
How to report
- Find the review, profile, question or answer and choose Report.
- Pick the reason that fits best and describe what happened.
- If you're not signed in, add your email if you'd like us to follow up. We won't share it with the business.
Reasons you can choose
- It doesn't seem to be a real business.
- Information is false or misleading.
- They seem to work without a required licence.
- Scam, fraud or a suspicious payment request.
- Unsafe, abusive or unprofessional behaviour.
- The review seems fake, or was written by the business or a competitor.
- Offensive, hateful or harassing content, or someone's personal information.
What happens next
Our team reviews every report. Depending on what we find, we may ask for more information, correct a profile, remove content or suspend an account. If we need more details, we'll contact you through your account or the email you gave.
A reported review stays visible while we check it. We only hide it straight away if it contains contact details or a link. If we remove it, its author is told which rule of our review policy applied and can appeal once.
