Availability controls when new leads reach you: pause them until a date, set a weekly limit, and record your working hours.

Pausing new leads until a date
Choose to pause new leads and pick the date you want to start again. The date has to be after today and within the next year. While you're paused you aren't matched with new requests at all.
The pause ends on its own: when the resume date arrives, you go back to receiving leads without having to do anything. Switching back to receiving before then also clears the pause and turns lead offers back on.
Your weekly limit
A weekly limit caps how many new leads we offer you. Enter a whole number from 1 to 500, or leave it empty for no limit.
We count the leads offered to you in the last 7 days, and stop offering more once you've reached your number, until that count drops again. The page shows the current count so you can see where you stand.
Your weekly limit can't be lower than the daily limit in Lead preferences. Change the daily limit there first if you need a smaller weekly one.
Your working hours
Set a start and an end time for each day you work, in your own local time, and leave both empty on the days you don't.
Working hours are a note to yourself: we show them while you're proposing times for a booking. Homeowners don't see them, and they don't stop any lead or booking from reaching you.
What doesn't change when you pause
- Bookings you already have keep their times.
- Leads you already connected with, and your messages, stay where they are.
- Your public profile stays visible.
- Your reviews and your verification aren't affected.
- Nothing is charged, because you only pay when you connect with a lead.
Fewer leads instead of none
If you'd rather slow the flow than stop it, set a weekly limit, narrow your service areas, or remove services you can't take on right now. Lead preferences also lets you choose the job timings you accept.
